TRASH COLLECTION SCHEDULE Returns to Every Week Pick Up
Beginning Monday June 21, 2010

APPROVED CONTAINERS:
Brown paper lawn and leaf bags or an approved container not weighing over 50 lbs.

Note: Due to the weight of compost (grass), please remember the weight limit of 50 lbs. per bag or can.

ACCEPTABLE

• Grass Clippings

• Leaves

• Weeds

• Twigs

• Brush (up to 2 inch diameter; tied in 4 ft. length, not to exceed 55 lbs. (limit of 20 bundles per collection)

NOT ACCEPTABLE

• Earth, Stones

• Branches, logs, stumps

• Animal Waste

• Ashes

• Food Waste

• Paper, Metal

• Plastic, Glass

BRUSH:
Brush (up to two inch diameter) can be bundled and tied in 4-ft. long, 15-inch diameter bundles and set
out with your yard waste cans or bags

YARD WASTE IMPROPERLY PACKAGED OR MIXED WITH OTHER MATERIALS:

• Yard waste placed in improper containers or mixed with other materials WILL NOT BE COLLECTED.

• A violation notice may be issued advising the owner or occupant to remove the yard waste from the
  curb and separate it for the following week’s collection.

• If the yard waste is not removed from the curb, residents will be assessed charges to have debris
  removed.
